Because MealNaijaMix prepares food to order, cancellations and refunds depend on timing and kitchen progress. Contact the team as soon as possible if you need to change an order.

If an order has not entered preparation, we may be able to cancel or adjust it. Once food preparation has started, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on the situation.

If something is missing, incorrect, or arrives in poor condition, contact MealNaijaMix promptly with your order number and a clear description of the issue so we can review it.

Approved resolutions may include a refund, store credit, replacement, or another fair remedy depending on the issue and fulfillment stage.
